I am watching a football game on CBS. I pause for 10 minutes when I have to do something else. I come back to the game, and I now can't FF or rewind. I can play and pause, but that's all. If I change channels, I lose the part of the game I missed. Also, at this point I can't record the show and try a playback!

I accidentally changed channels, and then it was working again, but I lost part of the football game, so that wasn't good!

My latest concern is that when fast forwarding through a sporting event, the thumbnail appears, then disappears, then appears again and so on. I want to watch the score change as I go!
Also, when I pause a program and hit cursor down, sometimes I can fast forward, and sometimes nothing at all shows up.
Another thing is that the guide is sometimes blank for minutes at a time.

In addition, we want to inform you that the fast-forward feature functions differently with each app. For example, fast-forwarding with the CBS app while watching a live event or a replace may be have different functions with other apps.
If you are experiencing further issues with their app, it is advisable to reach out to them and inquire further about the issue you've experienced since most apps on Roku are developed, designed, and maintained by the channel provider.
