You can change the password back to what it was or get a physical remote. If you can configure a hotspot with the old SSID/network name and password, the Roku device should connect to the hotspot and then you can use another phone/tablet connected to the same hotspot with the Roku app to act as a remote and use it to get it connected to the network with the new password. It's probably easiest to just get a remote.
