I had the older Roku Ultra that came with JBL Headphones. The remote that came with this model has a high quality audio chip on it and sounds really good. This remote died on me so, I went and purchased the new voice remote pro. Unfortunately, this remote and every new model that is offered have very wimpy and bad sounding audio chips on them. I had to go and purchase an older ultra just to get the remote with the good quality audio chip.
Please ROKU put the good audio chip on the voice remote pro. Ill buy 10. the other remotes you have just suck in audio quality.
