Unless you plan on moving your Roku (and remote) from TV to TV, you'll want/need a Roku for each TV.
Also be aware that any apps you install on one device on an account, install on all devices on the account; similarly, if you remove an app from one device, it removes it from all devices (apps are account linked, not device linked).
