Re: Accessing Channels without having to scroll through 300 channels...

@RWWatkins

Many tv brands aren't including number keys on their remote anymore, Samsung and Sony included.

Even though the Roku tv remote doesn't have number keys, it doesn't mean the Roku Tv won't respond to them if you purchase aftermarket universal remote like Onn 6 from Walmart:

onn. R113663 6-Device Universal Remote - Walmart.com

Using tv code 4398 will you give you access to numeral keys 0-9.

Re: Accessing Channels without having to scroll through 300 channels...

I am happy with our Roku TV but our tenants recently bought a Roku TV and are frustrated that they can't directly access antenna channels with a universal remote.  They are Hispanic and very attached to Univision and Telemundo etc. Since they are used to getting those channels with ease on their old TV,  even a number like 44.2 was accessible by entering "44" on their remote.  At first I thought finding a keypad with a decimal point would help them. No. I have shown them some workarounds, like a favorites group.  But we can't directly access the antenna channels without some, or a lot of, scrolling
