2 newer roku remotes and having issues

I have purchased 2 new Roku remotes less than a year old, one isn't even 6 months I don't think. They both will work fine then the next second they aren't. The only way I can get them to work is to take out the batteries and put them back in or put in new batteries when the old ones shouldn't even be dead yet! I think these remotes are defective. This week alone I've had to take out the batteries or replace them at least 10 times per remote. This is ridiculous! And these are both replacements for my original remotes that came with my rokus. Rokus remotes suck and do not last or hold up! I want the issue fixed.

Re: 2 newer roku remotes and having issues

Hi @WaywardAF13,

Thanks for the post.

Have you tried running the steps on this link to get your remote back up and running? http://go.roku.com/remotehelp

If you are unable to resolve the issue, please send me a PM (private message) with your Roku account email address, and include the serial number of the Roku device from Settings>System>About along with a summary of the issue you are experiencing. I'll be able to assist you further from there.

Thanks,

Mary
