You'd be better off just buying a complete used or new Roku setup.. either what you had or the 2017/18 Roku stick models from Amazon or Roki directly.. I've found that there aren't many great deals on Roku stuff on eBay.

You won't be able to configure your network without the roku.
EDIT: Just a little inside joke here, usually people lose the remote and then complain they can't set up their network without it. I'd just get another stick, it's a good device.
