I also have a remote that doesn’t appear to work. My Roku Express was working before taking camper in for service. Roku sent me a new remote as I lost the one that came with it. Been unable to use Roku. Got the new remote, still nothing. Doesn’t have a reset button. Nothing blocking or obstructing the remote’s direct line of sight. New batteries, tried other remote for Roku in other room that does work on that Roku, won’t work on this Roku unit. What can I do to get service?
