OK, I'm ready to get my remote with a headphone jack, and voice remote, can I get the roku player with it?  and can it connect to echo?...  Can you tell me the remote to get

You can buy a roku and a remote comes with it, its not buying remote and roku comes with it. 

There are three models of roku that come with headphone jack remote, there's the Roku Ultra 4670, there's Roku Ultra LT 4662 a Walmart exclusive, and the Roku Stick Plus 3811 an Best Buy exclusive.
