My Roku package arrived today. On Opening, I noticed that the smaller end of the USB power cable was damaged. it was just wires with no metal cover. So now what?

Now what? send the HDMI cable back to Roku and ask them to replace it for free since it was damaged when it was shipped to you. Or, send your entire ROKU device with the HDMI cable back to ROKU and get it from Target, Best Buy, or any other store that sells electronics.
