My remote is frozen... the only thing I can do is open or closed my tv.... I changed the batteries a little green light flasheed one time this lith is unde the btteries on the left side the one on the rigth side do nothing. I unplugged the tv. I took the batteries off nothing happened.... Any solution to my problem????

Please reply here with the serial number of the Roku device associated with the affected remote. It can be found at the back or underneath the player itself. I'll be able to further assist you from there.

Same issue. I’ve unplugged and changed batteries several times and it’s frozen in the set up process.
