My remote drains batteries in less than 2 days.  This is totally unacceptable.  I can't even figure out how to contact Roku to resolve this at all.

The response here is nearly a year old.  What is the final resolution to the problem as we are still encountering it and plugging stick power into the wall outlet isn't a great option for us.

We are having the same problem with draining batteries constantly.  Our serial number is YJ006W804814.

Software version 10.5.0 - Build 4208-46

I am also suddenly having this problem. 

Serial # is YF009T148185. Model 3800X. Software version 10.5.0. 

Please let me know what can be done and thank you for your assistance.

I have the same problem with draining battery for awhile,  I have to change new batteries every week. My roku model 4230-roku 3. Serial number 63259N003853.
