Ok, so when are we to get customer service in this ?? A simple replacement of the bad remotes would please all and not cost much.

I purchased a ROKU replacement remote on Feb 4, 2021. Remote model RC-AL7. SKU 3226000889
A few months ago, it started draining a pair of AAA batteries in a couple weeks.
The old remote, while not pretty, will work with my ROKU Ultra for months on the same pair of AA batteries.

Because their solution is to mail a new remote. And they're apparently avoiding admitting its a problem by doing the rt thing and just offering a form where users could request a replacement remote.
Total disaster. This coupled with Prime bricking their devices. I'm not sure it worth sticking with Roku.
