Why do I need to repair remotes and reboot almost daily
I have cut the cord and now have 6 rokus all over my house. Daily, at least one remote loses connectivity and I need to reboot, remove batteries, reconnect, etc. this is more work than paying my cable bill. Is this just me?
Also seems as if there is no customer service, only forums for help.
How are you powering your devices? Are they plugged into the TV USB port or are they plugged into a wall outlet? We would recommend making sure your devices are plugged into the wall with the provided cable.
