My daughter dropped the remote somewhere and we have turned the house upside down trying to find it. But no success. Where can I buy a new one? Can't seem to find it on the website...

If your express isn't 3700, but newer you can get wifi voice remote with tv controls from walmart $19.88 or best buy $29.99. You would need to pair it to your newer express, so it won't work right out of the box like IR remotes do.
