The equivalent is the Roku 3, model 4200, that was discontinued in 2016. The current top of the line Roku device (the Roku 3 was the top model) is the Roku Ultra.
If the NowTV box uses the same remote codes, any Roku Simple Remote will work. Whether or not the Voice Remote works, I do not know. The Voice Remote works with the Roku 3, so it may work with the NowTV implementation.
