Can I use the ultra on one tv and streaming stick on another tv at the same time?

Sure, but if they're on the same account, adding or subtracting channels from one will do the same on the other. So you want them separated you will have to start second account.

Also be aware that some sites that require a subscription (Netflix, Vudu, Amazon) might limit the number of devices that are allowed to stream at the same time. If the two Roku devices are using different channels, then no problem at all. But if they are both using the same streaming service, and they restrict you to only one at a time, then the other will not be able to use. I can't tell you which channels have such restrictions, or what the restriction is. But it's something you should be able to find out with a little bit of searching.

But if that's not going to be an issue for you, then there's no problem at all using multiple Rokus at the same time.
