Upgrading my Premier with a Roku remote with volume control

I paired my upgraded remote with my tv and premier roku.  Everything works great except it won’t volume up.  Volume down, mute, and power button works in my tv but not volume up?  Help

Redo it the tv, skip the first that mutes the music tell it no, see if a subsequent  code works you wish.

settings> remote & devices> remote in use> program tv> follow the prompts
