Universal remote that works with Stick +

I am seeking a remote that isn't a Logitech remote that will allow me to control my Roku device but also my sound bar, blu-ray, tv, sound bar, etc.  I know that I can use the app but my kids don't have their own devices and right now I am using the Premiere to get around this issue and moved my Stick+ elsewhere.  I am not looking to spend $300, willing to spend $100-125 because my kids use the remote and .... they are kids so the reason for not having $300 remote.

There are no universal remotes that will control Stick+ by Wifi, and the Stick+ doesn't accept IR. So only universal remotes that control devices by IP will work with Stick+. Those are expensive remotes.

I think the Harmony Companion would work for around $100.
