@Boink  The model number and serial number is stamped right on every Roku device. It’s in black ink on the outside of your Roku.

I need one and the serial number is 21315sh391467 and if my only choice is to buy a whole new setup because no cords are available well then instead I will choose to switch brands.

My power cord long range wifi ends bent and broke when I went to put them in the device. Went to order it and yall are.all out of stock. Where else can I get one for my stick. Or send me a free one they are not to strong to hold up need a beeter solution...this is for a Ruku stick

@Nonnieof4  Your Roku is out of warranty. They won’t send you a free one. A new cable is $20 but out of stock. So your only choice is to purchase a new Roku Stick or a Roku Express 4K
