I am experiencing issues with the enhanced remote for my Streaming Stick Plus serial number YH000K237540.
A few days ago the left and down buttons stopped responding and I have been forced to use the mobile app to interact with the stick.
I did the "change of batteries", "reset, restart and repair", "blast with an air duster" solutions suggested on the web without any success.
I don't really want to buy a new remote as we have only had the stick around 18 months and it has had really light and infrequent use.
Any suggestions welcome.
