I purchased a Roku Streaming Stick + from the Roku store on Jan 8, 2021 - 8 months ago. Today, the remote stopped working. I replaced the batteries, I tried holding down the reset button, but nothing makes it work.
Its my understanding that I have a 1-year warranty. How do I go about exchanging this?
P.S. Serial Number is 2250A8739501. Model 3810X.

Perhaps your remote just needs to be re-paired to the Roku.

You may find your Roku is only receptive to the pairing request from the remote for a short period of time after it starts up. Try pulling the power to the Roku for a few seconds then plugging it back in and waiting for it to start up before reinserting the batteries in the remote and pressing the pairing button.
No, unfortunately when I press and hold the pairing button, there is no flashing green light. I replaced the batteries, and also put them in correctly (in this case, both + terminals facing upward).
