Roku refusing to send my device back after 3 months

another week passes

still no contact from anyone at roku or no sign of my device back

its been well over 3 months, how long do I have to wait exactly?

can you please find out what’s going off? Why is everybody ignoring me? Why am I being refused my device back?

how do I contact somebody regarding this? Do you have a contact for somebody in a position to actually help me

Why would you have to send it to them? I would like to have my $80 back for the device.

If I had known I was paying extra for such a crummy remote I would not have done it. I usually only do business with someone who stands behind their product.

Very disappointing!
