still no contact from anyone at roku or no sign of my device back
its been well over 3 months, how long do I have to wait exactly?

Why would you have to send it to them? I would like to have my $80 back for the device.
If I had known I was paying extra for such a crummy remote I would not have done it. I usually only do business with someone who stands behind their product.
