Roku enhanced remote will not work and pairing button does not flash when held.

My remote decided to stop working. Ive changed the batteries several times and tried every trick online i could find but nothings worked. It wont even flash anything when i go to hold the pairing button. Can someone help cause its omly like 4 months old

Please reply here with the serial number of your Roku device associated with the affected remote. It can be found at the back or underneath the player itself. I'll be able to further assist you from there.
