So I have the issue of going through batteries every few days on only one roku remote. I tried the update that was suggested and it still did not work. Customer support is NON EXISTENT and I am really sorry that I am now stuck with this battery eating POS.
If ROKU peeps monitor this site please assist. I'm tired of changing batteries for a TV I barely watch.
