I have had the Roku Streaming Stick+ on this current Samsung TV and it has worked flawlessly controlling the Roku and the power and volume on the Samsung TV. About a few weeks ago it quit controlling the TV volume and power. It still works with the Roku Streaming Stick+. I didn't change anything or adjust anything. I have tried multiple times reconnecting to the Samsung TV, but it never turns off the music, and ends with that it can't control the TV. Not sure why it would just quit. Solutions please.

Re: Roku Streaming Stick+ quit controlling Samsung TV
You'll get a better results if the roku isn't buried behind the tv, if you have a hdmi coupler put the stick on the end of a hdmi cable and have line of sight to the remote. Or if there's a hdmi on the side of the tv use it just during programming. And have new batteries in the remote.
