Hi @RokuKariza-D — I just purchased my Roku streaming stick 4K+ In January, and my remote will no longer charge.  Can you please let me know how to get a replacement remote?  Thank you!

The troubleshooting steps available in this Support link might help: How to fix your Roku® voice or simple remote that is not working. Try giving it a shot. If still no dice, reply here with the serial number of your Roku device associated with the affected remote.
