Brand new Roku Express 4K. Initially the remote worked, and within an hour the up and left arrow stopped working. They are not stuck. I read all of the solutions, nothing is working. I changed the already new batteries to other brand new batteries. Remote worked for a minute, then stopped again. Tried PMing “Roku Danny” 2 weeks ago, no response

Just to confirm, have you tried all the troubleshooting available in this Support link: How to resolve issues with your Roku® simple remote or Roku voice remote? If so and the issue persists, please reply here with the serial number of the Roku device associated with the affected remote. It can be found at the back or underneath the player itself.

Yes, I have tried all troubleshooting tips. Serial number is: S0AH219C0YW0
Try downloading the official Roku remote app for either Android or iPhone and see if it' the controller or the TV. You might also check if the TV needs a Roku software update.
