Hey Danny! I bought a new remote,didn’t do any good because it wouldn’t link. I’m not sure what that high pitched sound is about, nobody can figure it out. So what I do is take my batteries out at night when I’m done with them. It the noise comes back I take them out for about 10-15 mins and it goes away. It was too expensive buy new batteries! I started buying cheap ones lol

Already spoke to someone in tech support. Looks like it is just faulty hardware and its not covered under the warranty. Thanks.

Have 2 remotes that make high pitched noises and won't work. Both have been going through batteries like crazy
