Finally got the software update for my Roku TV and so far it seems to be working correctly.

It seems to have done the trick for my onn. Roku Soundbar. Thnx and sorry we've been so impatient.
This still happens constantly. It only happens when the Hulu screen saver pops up after inactivity, and then you hit the back button. It is very consistent, it happens on both my Roku sticks I bought years apart that are both updated, so it is definitely a software issue.

What software version is your Roku device currently running? As stated previously in this thread, we believe this issue to be resolved with the latest OS 10.5.

I have 10.5 and this error is not fixed. Do I need to buy a new device?
This has been fixed for months. Did u update Hulu. I have no explanation otherwise. It fixed itself around Halloween for me.
