I have several Roku Express devices. Only 1 of the remotes has developed the problem of draining batteries within a day or two. I don't connect headphones or anything else to it. If I need to PM anyone for a solution, please be specific as to how I would do that.
Thanks for the post.
Please send me a PM (private message) with your Roku account email address, and include the serial number of the Roku device from Settings>System>About along with a summary of the issue you are experiencing. I'll be able to assist you further from there.
Thanks,
Danny

I recently purchased seven units for a mountain house. All the units are draining battery life on the remotes
Where do I find the serial numbers?
Thanks for the inquiry.
A devices serial number can be found in serial from Settings>System>About as well as either the serial number or device ID being printed on the back of the Roku device.
Thanks,
Danny
Device serial number: S012305W0HA0
I can't tell whether the 0 are meant to be zeros or Os. I took a guess that they are zeros

I have had my Roku Express 3931RW since December 2019. Serial #X00400EFUTW4. Suddenly the remote is eating batteries every two days. I have tried unplugging the Roku and taking out the remote batteries. I have tried leaving the remote flat on a table while using. Nothing works.
Thanks for the post.
For future reference, when providing personal information, please send that information in a private message (PM) as we highly recommend not posting personal information in a public place.
