The "OK" button on my remote is not working and I am unable to navigate; I have reset both the remote and the streaming stick (pursuant/according to your Roku support videos) several times to no avail. Please help.

Please be aware that the Roku Streaming Stick 3600 is an older device that is most likely no longer under warranty. It's possible that your remote may simply be on its way out.
