Roku 2 4210x adapter replacement needed

Hello, everyone. I am having a difficult time finding the correct power adapter for my Roku box. The specs are below. Some info: I had an online chat with a roku support agent when I bought the wrong adapter from them (PW01). The Roku agent said that the correct adapter part number is PW09XB. However, Roku does not sell that one. Here is the information about my Roku and current power adapter (which I need to replace).
Roku Type:  Roku 2 Model 4210x
Roku Adapter:  I.T.E. Power Supply
Model No.: MU12AH120100 – A1
Input: 100-240V – 50/60HZ 0.5A
Output: 12V … 1.0A
I found several on Amazon that claim to be compatible with this machine but I am worried about the end that connects to the Roku being the correct size. Has anyone else replaced the adapter for this model successfully? Thank you for your help.

Thank you for your help, but as I mentioned above, they do not carry the adapter that I need - PW09XB.

Look at the models that adapter supports. You have a Roku 2, correct? That is a Roku 2 compatible adapter.
Yeah, I got some Rokus.

Jeff is correct. That adapter works.

The Roku 1/SE (2710), Roku 2 (2720, 4210), and Roku 3 (4200, 4230) all use the same adapter. I don’t say that because that page says it, I say that because I own a Roku 1, Roku 2 (4210), and Roku 3.

Re: Roku 2 4210x adapter replacement needed

First, I appreciate all your help. I already bought one adapter wrong adapter from Roku, so I am leary of purchasing another one. Plus, when I chatted online with the Roku agent they said that the adapter I need  is PW09XB.  Do you know if the the Roku 2 4210 adapter is the same as the Roku 2 4210x adapter? Sorry to for the doubt but I want to make sure I don't lose anymore money. (They said they would refund me but never sent the email with the info for where to return it to.)

The suffix (in this case the "X") is the distribution channel, nothing more. Essentially, it indicates where the boxes are shipped to when they leave the factory. You can drop the suffix when talking about any model number. A 4210 is a 4210 is a 4210. It doesn't matter what the suffix is.

As for the refund, follow up with Tanner about that. Send him a PM, and he'll look into it. He's good about that.

You should be able to find a post by RokuTannerDB. Click on his name wherever you find it (including where I just listed it) and you should see "Send Private Message" at the bottom of his profile page. Click that.
