Can I replace my controller for the roku express with the enhanced to control tv as well

If the express isn't a 3700, but a newer model, yes. But don't get the enhanced voice remote with headphone jack which won't work on any express model. Get the $19.99 voice remote, which has the tv controls but without the headphone jack.
