Replacement remote hasn’t shipped?

I put an inquiry in to receive a replacement remote almost two weeks ago. I have yet to get any updates since I was told a new one would be sent through USPS to the address provided. I’ve seen that this is an issue some people face that seems to need to be resolved via personal message? Just trying to figure it out, thanks.
