Can someone give a link to the replacement remote for onn soundbar

They don't sell Onn Roku soundbar IR remotes separately, never did. You can get the roku voice remote at your local walmart or best buy. You will have to pair to the Onn Roku soundbar before it will control it. Just unplug the soundbar for a bit, plug it back in when it stops bouncing just ptress and hold the pairing button in the voice remote's battery compartment for 5 seconds and release allow it to communicate with soundbar.

What do you mean by “bouncing” and will this work on the 36” 5.1 onn soundbar (not Roku version)

No, the Roku voice remote won't work on your non-Roku Onn soundbar, sorry. On a true Roku device when restarting there is Roku title bouncing on-screen.
