Replacement Roku Remote - Not Working - How to Get Replaced?
Hello! I purchased a replacement Roku remote at the end of March. It stopped working about 6 weeks ago. I thought it was a battery issue, but tonight I ran through all of the troubleshooting steps I found online, and it's simply not working. I've tried 3 sets of batteries, and the pairing light does not light up, nor does the red light under the power button at the top of the remote... it's simply no longer responding. Looking to see what I need to do to get the remote replaced. Thanks in advance!
