I'm having a similar issue. Tried everything. Customer support is terrible, every 5 minutes the agent disconnects (not my internets, I have no drops or loss in signal hard wired ethernet) and I get pushed down the queue.
This is my third roku remote and I'm getting tired of this. Anyone not any solutions. Maybe a google tv w/ chromecast for 50 bucks isn't a bad idea. I can't keep spending 30 bucks on this point anywhere devices that fail.
