Remote stopped working after 11 days

My Roku ultra remote stopped working after only 11 days. I have followed all the troubleshooting recommendations with no resolution.

I imagine you put in new working batterys.

Given that, you'll have to wait for the Admins to show up on Monday.

I just tried to PM you @RokuDanny-R and it said I’ve reached my limit of PMs even though I’ve never sent one before....

Thanks for the post.

Try logging out of the Community and then signing back into the Roku Community to see if you can send a PM. If you experience the same issue. Please provide a screenshot of the error that you are seeing so I can pass along your issue to the appropriate team.
