Remote not working

My remote is not working. It’s not due to battery issues not has it been dropped in water. The Roku receiver is working, just not the remote. I’ve been unable to contact Roku staff or technical support—can someone help? Regards, Matt

It’s the Premiere. None of the buttons are working.
