The up arrow button has collapsed. It sits nearly flush with the remote and needs to be pressed hard to get it to work. The player and remote are about a week old. I bought it on Amazon and if this becomes too difficult I'll return the whole player to Amazon. But I thought I'd try here first. I'm hoping a ROKU represnetative will respond. I'd like to just replace the remote. It seems wasteful to replace the whole unit. I am happy to provide a copy of the receipt.
