Remote button is collapsed. I'd like to get remote replaced under warranty.

The up arrow button has collapsed.  It sits nearly flush with the remote and needs to be pressed hard to get it to work.  

The player and remote are about a week old.  

I bought it on Amazon and if this becomes too difficult I'll return the whole player to Amazon.  But I thought I'd try here first.  

I'm hoping a ROKU represnetative will respond.  I'd like to just replace the remote.  It seems wasteful to replace the whole unit.  I am happy to provide a copy of the receipt.
