My 4K Stick remote loses its connection after a few minutes of use every time I use my Roku. I have to restart the device multiple times and it freezes every time I open Disney plus. Not sure why the remote is so glitchy but I need a replacement remote as this one seems to be defective

If still no dice, reply here with the serial number of your Roku device associated with the affected remote. It can be found in Settings > System > About or at the back of the stick itself.
