ROKU ULTRA Remote Totally Dead

ROKU ULTRA Remote stopped working while being used.

Batteries are good, but remote has no life.

The roku Ultra steaming player seems to be OK.

Model: SKU# 4670R

Device ID: KW99A6165121  

Purchased: March 2020

So for other people who may also have a lot of trouble finding support help

which there Roku product failed when still under the warranty.

To find where to request ROKU Warranty Support and to find the How-To-Path to do so.

https://support.roku.com/article/208757058-Step-by-step-instructions-for-returns-and-warranty-replac...

Look for and select:

1) "Agent Support", "Select an Issue",

"Question about returning my ROKU device or managing my order".

2) Select "Continue", I want to: "Return or Replace a product I bought elsewhere".

3) Where did you purchase your ROKU device ?: "From a Retailer (e.g. Amazon, Best Buy)"

4) Below are eligible devices linked to your account.

Select the device from the list below to start the return process:

[Roku Ultra Model4670X]

5) Make your "Reason for return or exchange" below:

6) Then select "Continue".

7) You should here from ROKU by your email

and that is how to make contact with ROKU Warranty Support.

How do I make contact with roku about my Remote failing !

It is only 6 months old and I believe should be covered under warranty.

Please Help !!!

What to expect:
Upon receipt of your returned device, we will process shipping

for a replacement device to you within 1 business day.

Depending on the distance between you and our warehouse,

you should expect transit to be between 3-5 business days.

It is your responsibility to retain a copy of the return tracking number

in the event that the item is lost in transit.

RMA Defective Roku Ultra was

delivered on November 16, 2020 at 12:04 pm.

Front Desk/Reception/Mail Room / SAN JOSE, CA 95138 

I paid the shipping cost for my defective Roku Ultra back to Roku.

As of late Nov. 18, 2020 I have not received a return tracking number yet.

I have just sent them an email, will see if they reply soon.

My understanding is from them,

that they should have sent me an update with a tracking number before now.

New Update.

Still have not received an answer from Roku Support

about a tracking number for the replacement Roku Ultra .
