Everything is hooked up just like all our other Roku Ultra devices on other TVs - I can plug in my earbuds and do private listening all but one - the one in our living room. The earphone icon pops up on the TV, but there is a line through it. It works if I use the app on my phone, but sometimes I need to charge my phone, and being an iPhone, I cannot do earbuds and charge it at the same time. Should I request a replacement remote? Or am I missing something?
