Help with Roku remotes and accessories, including pairing a remote, setting up TV power & volume control, using voice commands, power adapters, cables, headphones, and wireless speaker accessories.

Please explain!!

Please somebody should be able to help me, I don't understand why Roku doesn't offer any official support

This is with headphones connected to the remote: ... sp=sharing

And this happens when I unplug the headphones: ... sp=sharing

Once headphones are unplugged the only way of getting sound again is rebooting my Roku

What is happening?
How do I solve this issue?

At the top of the page is a link that says "Official Roku Support Page".

There's multiple threads with the same problem.  Hopefully it is a known issue.
