Please explain!!

Please somebody should be able to help me, I don't understand why Roku doesn't offer any official support

This is with headphones connected to the remote:

And this happens when I unplug the headphones:

Once headphones are unplugged the only way of getting sound again is rebooting my Roku

What is happening?
How do I solve this issue?

There's multiple threads with the same problem.  Hopefully it is a known issue.
