I have a ROKU Ultra. Upon setup it found my Philips (8 year old TV) and controls the volume and will turn it off. But the remote will not turn the TV on. I have yet to find a way after initial setup to force it to allow me to choose my TV type and try a few different codes. Other than not turning the TV on, the remote is controlling the TV just fine. Help!
Philips products are known to suffer from a toggle bit, it can't accept the same key twice in a row, like power key, you turned it off, it won't accept it to turn it on. But there is work around, press the volume key first, then press the power key to turn it on.
