No sound after update

WARNING:  PLEASE DON'T UPDATE YOUR TV WITH MAY 26 "FIX"....   This worked on one of my TVs, but has left the other TV  TOTALLY SILENT....NO SOUND COMING THROUGH WHATSOEVER!

Thank you, Roku, for taking me back to "silent pictures"!!!!!  Really , ROKU?????

Have you tried a reset, not just an off/on cycle, but a system restart?

Menu path: Settings > System > Power > System restart

If that doesn't get it, try pulling the power plug for a few seconds and plugging it back in.

Can you please provide more information about the issue you are experiencing? Have you tried the steps provided by @makaiguy to see if that resolves your issue? What troubleshooting steps have you already taken to try to resolve the issue?
