What to do if I factor reset it and don’t have a real remote and only have a app and can’t control the tv any more because you need to be connected to the internet but can’t do that because I don’t have a remote

You'll need to get a remote that is compatible with your Roku in order to set up a net connection.  Once connected you can use the Roku app on a mobile device.
