@atc98092  That’s what it says on the Roku website. It says name but doesn’t specify 2.4 or 5.0. I mentioned that for troubleshooting purposes

Thank you. It says No CEC devices found, press okay to refresh.  That takes me to update CEC device list which then takes me back to none found.

How is the Sonos connected to the Roku tv? Hdmi or optical? Is cec feature turned on in the sonos?
